💡 Idea Pitching

Ideas must align with the company's strategic and technical goals.

Submissions should include a brief project description and highlight the potential benefits. If any resources are needed, such as Azure, please specify them

Participants can submit ideas individually or as a team

Required

Team name is mandatory for idea submission

🏆 Idea Selection – Criteria

  • Innovation and creativity
  • Alignment with company goals and Vision, Purpose, and Mission (VPM)
  • Feasibility and practicality
  • Potential impact on the organization

📋 Idea Selection – Process

  • A panel of Experts will review all submitted ideas and select the most promising ones
  • Votes cast for ideas via the app will also contribute to the final decision
  • The selection process will be transparent and fair

👥 Team Formation - Pre-Formed Teams

Existing Teams: Teams that have already formed around a specific idea can continue their work

📝 Team Formation - Requirements

  • Teams must meet the minimum and maximum team size requirements. Min is 3 and maximum is 6
  • Teams must have a clear project plan and a designated team leader

🎤 Elevator Pitch - Pitch Sessions & Voting

Teams of selected ideas that do not have enough members will have the opportunity to present their idea in a brief elevator pitch, inviting others to join their team

Participants will vote for the ideas they find most interesting and inspiring via the App

🤝 Volunteer Team Formation

Teams can be formed according to the established guidelines. If a selected idea lacks sufficient team members, they will have the opportunity to present a brief pitch to attract more members. The organizing team will assist in securing additional team members

Participants can volunteer to join teams that they are interested in, regardless of whether they voted for the idea
